The site has been rebuilt from the ground up—layout, typography, colour, navigation, and everything in between. Before it goes in front of the public and the wider H4H community, the board gets the first honest read. Blunt feedback is far more useful to us than polite approval.
Step one
The first ten seconds. Does it say who we are, what we do and why it matters — before you scroll?
Open page →Our story, mission and history. Does it read like a serious international organisation or like a student club?
Open page →Clear roles, defined responsibilities, and accountable leadership across the organization ?
Open page →Departmental Structure and Areas of Responsibility. Try opening two or three of the individual department pages as well.
Open page →Every chapter, grouped by region. Can you find yours quickly, and is the detail that opens up actually useful?
Open page →The pitch for anyone interested in launching a chapter. Would it be compelling, and are the requirements clear enough to understand what’s involved? (Needs modification to align with H4H’s messaging and tone.)
Open page →The volunteer application. Start filling it in — just don't submit it — and see whether anything trips you up.
Open page →The article listing and a full post. Card layout, images, and whether long-form reads comfortably.
Open page →Step two
"The homepage feels cluttered" is hard to fix. "The three buttons under the headline compete with each other" is a change we can make this week.
If something is wrong, describe the version you would rather see. Even a rough sketch in words saves a round of guessing.
Most visitors first encounter us on their phones. Scroll through the same pages there—the answers often look different on mobile than they do on desktop.
Nothing on the site is precious. Every colour, section and page can be redrawn. Say the harsh thing now rather than after launch.
Step three
Eight short sections. Only a handful of fields are required — skip anything you have no view on, and use the comment boxes for everything that matters.
Answers go straight to Ibrahim. If the form gives you trouble or you’d rather send your notes directly, you can reach us by email or WhatsApp.
