How it works

Complete the form
Every field is required. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Pay the membership fee
A $20 membership fee confirms your place. Both the form and the fee are required to volunteer or attend H4H events.

Meet your chapter
Your local chapter lead will be in touch to get you onto your first screening opportunity.
