Global reach

Redefining reach in healthcare.

Hearts for the Homeless operates across diverse geographical landscapes. Our operations model is built on cultural competence and local empowerment.

Cultural integration

We adapt our screening models to respect local traditions and the healthcare systems already serving each community.

Regional hubs

Strategic centres in key regions provide localised support and logistics, so no chapter is ever more than one time zone from help.

Operational excellence

Upholding strict professional standards, including a mandatory 48-hour response protocol for all chapter correspondence.

Our mandate

Operational pillars.

The strategic framework driving our international chapter network.

Network communications & liaison

Acting as the primary point of contact between H4H headquarters and local chapters, held to a strict 48-hour response protocol.

Clinical partnership management

Ensuring every local chapter secures active strategic alliances with regional food shares and free clinics.

Event operations & reporting

Overseeing general body meetings and educational blood pressure screenings, then updating the central databases that track our impact.

Leadership succession & continuity

Establishing robust succession plans and mentoring emerging student leaders, so a chapter outlasts the cohort that founded it.

Amman, Jordan · International chapter operations

Dr. Sarah Haddad is a Jordanian dentist and healthcare advocate who has been involved with Hearts for the Homeless since 2022. She began her journey with H4H Jordan as Treasurer, and later served as Chapter President in 2024.

During her time with H4H Jordan, Dr. Sarah introduced the organisation’s dental sector, expanding its healthcare initiatives to include dental screenings, oral health education, fluoride applications, and dental extractions as part of community outreach efforts. Her work helped broaden the scope of H4H’s healthcare services and integrate oral health into its community-based initiatives.

She currently serves as Executive Officer of International Operations at H4H International, where she works with chapters across the organisation to strengthen international collaboration, support chapter development and operations, and expand H4H’s impact globally.
