Working with us

Marketing questions, answered.

The marketing team is the front door for press, partnerships and brand assets, and the reason most people hear about a chapter before they ever meet one.

Can my chapter use the H4H logo and templates?

Yes. Marketing maintains brand assets and templates for chapters, including the recruitment materials that help a new chapter attract volunteers. Ask through your operations lead or this department directly.

How do I make a press enquiry?

Through marketing. Press requests, media interviews and partnership announcements are handled by this team rather than by individual chapters, so the answer you get is consistent wherever the story is set.

Can I share a story from my chapter?

Please do. Volunteer highlights, patient stories told with consent, and screening opportunity write-ups are what the marketing team publishes most, and Instagram is usually where the work appears first.

Do you run paid advertising?

Rarely. Most of our reach is organic — more than 100,000 people across 50+ campaigns — because the marketing strategy is built on documenting real work rather than buying attention.
