Executive committee
Chief Financial Officer & Head of Analytics
Boston, MA · H4H International
Six years building the fundraising and financial infrastructure H4H runs on — and the analytics that tell the organisation what its work is actually doing.

Jacob Rose joined Hearts for the Homeless in his first year of college looking for purpose, and found a community of like-minded people creating positive impact in underserved areas around the world.
Over six years he built the fundraising and financial infrastructure that H4H now runs on, and today he leads all of the organisation’s technological and financial operations. He serves as Chief Financial Officer, Head of Analytics, and Principal Investigator for the Blood Pressure Analytics Research initiative.
Professionally, he works in healthcare analytics, building dashboard systems for patient outcome tracking at Boston-area hospitals. He is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at Boston University, with a concentration in Healthcare Analytics.
Looking ahead, Jacob plans to grow H4H’s fundraising base, strengthen the alumni programme, and expand analytical capabilities across chapters — all in service of the communities H4H supports.
